Packages

1. All purchased ticket packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be resold.
2. Participants who purchase a ticket package will receive written confirmation and notification of their successful purchase.
3. The validity period of the package begins from the date of purchase.  Under no circumstances are expired ticket packages refundable.
4. If a participant cancels a registered class at least 12 hours before the class, the relevant class credit will be refunded. No refunds will be given if the cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the class.
5. If a class is canceled due to scheduling, weather or other such situations, the class credit will be refunded.
6. All participants agree to treat everyone in the class with respect and courtesy. Participants deemed to be causing a disturbance may be asked to leave the class immediately.  In such a situation, no refunds will be provided.
7. Where there are disputes in relation to these terms and conditions, my decision will be final.
 

1. 所有套票購買後不設退款，轉讓或轉售。

2. 參加者成功購買套票後將會收到書面確認及通知。

3. 套票有效期會於成功購買當日起計，逾期套票不設退款 。

4. 如參加者於課堂12小時前取消已報名的課堂，將獲退回相關套票；如參加者於課堂12小時內取消將不設任何退款 。

5. 如因人數/天氣問題取消課堂，將會退回相關套票。

6. 所有參加者同意在課堂時以尊重和禮貌態度對待在課堂上所有人士。如有任何參與者被本人認為對課堂造成干擾，他們可能會被要求立即離開課堂場地。在以上情況下，參加者將不被提供任何退款。

7. 如參加者就此條款及細則有任何爭議，本人將保留就作演繹及解釋的最終權力。
